OUR ROOMS IN BERLIN
GARDEN LIVING offers individual rooms and studios designed with care, ranging from 20 to 60 sqm, matched to short or long visits in Berlin.
Our hotel and boarding house is an old building that has been reconstructed with devotion and carefully maintained details, such as the magnificent stuccoed ceilings, floor boards and door frames. Thanks to our wooden sound-proof windows, you will enjoy a peaceful visit. Our rooms are furnished individually and provided with high-class real wood furniture in colonial Indian style. Furthermore, all rooms have free high-speed WLAN access.
GARDEN LIVING is a non-smoker building. However, our guests will find a smoking area in the patio garden as well as the gazebo.

The rooms facing the street offer you a high level of privacy: There’s no neighbour watching in and you can enjoy yourself without being disturbed. Enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Berlin: directly on the monument Naturkundemuseum that was built in 1889 and which is lit at night – a sight to behold!
The rooms facing the yard are secluded and offer a view into the beautiful, spacious atrium with Mediterranean plants and a fountain.
For example, you will look on the old remise from 1865 which accommodated the royal Prussian court carpentry of Queen Auguste Viktoria. Today, six complex loft apartments are situated there.
Our apartments are provided with balcony, kitchen, bathrooms (shower or tub) and high-speed WLAN access. The modern wooden sound-proof windows ensure a good night's sleep.
